Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you were charged incorrectly or made a duplicate payment through PayFast, please contact us immediately with your payment details. Verified cases will be refunded as soon as possible.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
